To my wonderful youth group and parents: Yes, Julie and I are moving. Making the decision to leave was a very difficult one that took months of prayer. We will miss all of you very much, and we will come visit as often as we have the opportunity. This period of transition over the next month will be a time for all of us to focus on what God has in store for the future. I know God is already preparing someone to take my place as the youth minister. My last official day of being the youth minister for West End will be Sunday, June 28. Our current plans are to reloacte to Abilene, Texas so that I can pursue a Masters of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University. However, if God chooses to call us to another work, we will go wherever he leads. Just know this: Julie and I love each and every one of you (parents, too!) and will miss you all very much! We will keep in touch and let you all know about what is going on in our lives, so be sure to do the same! May God bless each of you as you continue to grow and mature in Christ. Grace and Peace, |
